Candidates must have:
strong written and oral communications skills; ability to prioritize tasks and organize client files; efficiency in completing time-sensitive tasks; computer and word processing/typing skills; initiative/strong work ethic; ability to work independently; ability to coordinate schedules and meet deadlines; and bring a personable and positive attitude.
Tasks include:
document preparation; task/deadline tracking; correspondence and form completion; creating client files; paper and electronic record keeping; all other administrative responsibilities of the office.
Professionalism a must.
Will train the right person with strong interpersonal skills, computer literate, initiative, and capacity to learn.
References required.
Experience with estate planning/probate and elder law preferred.
Computer Software Knowledge:
Word; QuickBooks; Excel; Outlook; Resume and cover letter required.
Full-time but will consider part-time for right candidate.
Pay commensurate with experience.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
